Shipping, Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping and Return Policy - Arogyam Ayurveda (AROGYAM'S ALLERGY RAKSHAK PRIVATE LIMITED)

We pack and dispatch your order within 1 working day and it takes up to 4 to 7 working days to be delivered to your address. In some cases, it may take more than 7 days.

What We Will Do Together:

  1. Raise a return/ replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery, if you’ve received the wrong or expired product(s).

    You can also raise a request with us using the Chat option.
    In case of damaged/missing product(s), raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Give us 2 working days to review your return request.
  3. After reviewing your request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products delivered to you.
  4. If our reverse pick-up service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
    We will reimburse the courier charges, either in your Wallet or Gpay.
  5. After your product(s) is received, we will verify it and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Replacement is subject to stock availability.

Conditions for Return/ Replacement:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Return/ Replacement Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • Products are opened/used/altered
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) is missing
  • Request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery

How Are Returns Processed?

Once you request a return, a pick-up is organized within 5–7 business days. The item is brought to our warehouse, inspected by our quality control team, and upon approval, a refund is initiated.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel an order from the Cancel button on the order details page under the My Account section. Just provide a reason and we’ll take care of the rest.

Call us at +91 8400500589 (Mon – Sat, 9 am – 6 pm) and we will assist you with cancellation.

Note: Orders can only be canceled until the status is “Ready to Ship”.

Arogyam Ayurveda reserves the right to cancel any order without prior confirmation and may verify orders via verbal or written confirmation before shipping.

Refund for Canceled or Returned Products:

  • Prepaid orders – Refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery – Customers must provide bank details for refund.
  • Note: Customers must share an unpacking video and a valid reason for a refund. Verification may take up to 7 business days. No refund will be processed without the video.

Refund Timeline:

For cancellations: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
For returns: Refund is processed after the product reaches our warehouse and clears quality check. This process can take up to 2 weeks. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Can I Return Part of My Order?

Yes. Products eligible for return can be returned individually within 7 days of delivery.
